Ive been download EW for my iPad every week, but since last week, it doesnt work. It always send me the message: "An unknown error has ocurred". Whats happen?
It,s great to read a magazine with the resources of this app. The pictures are clear and only the essencial text is shown, until you tap them to show the additional information. Movies traillers are one plus to complement the experience!

BUT why now iPad subscription? Just existing Print Subscribers? Dont wanna buy the All Access subscription. Just wanna subscribe to the tablet edition :(
As a journalist, Entertainment Weekly has been my favorite print magazine for decades. Im glad to see that the iPad edition is just as great - it offers the same depth of information and also shows the fun my colleagues have with their topics. My favorite iPad app!
the content is good as always, no surprises here. but id like to emphasize that this is one of the few ipad magazines that comes at a reasonable price!

Some bad moments
Since last month Im not able to download the issue. All I get is a message: "Attention An unknown error occurred". I tried to fix it with the customers service, but all we have tried didnt work.
Definitelly, this new retina version is the hell. All the old subscribes edition must be the downloaded again. Well, I did it.
But the most terrible thing is the big bug that doesnt can leave anymore the old editions that I subscribed in my iPad.
If I retrieve more than 4 old editions, this stupid app simply erase the others. Booooo.
Fix it, sirs!!!!
The upgrade on december 17th crashed! It does not open! My ipad is up to date! Outrageous!
A nice app which does what it says on the tin - unless it decides to throw you out even though youre a subscriber and refuses to let you back in. Customer service is useless, and so the app wants you to pay for a subscription youve already purchased. This happened the third time this week in as many years. Fix it.
Downloaded a free issue to see if I liked the magazine and approx 65% of it was pixelated and unreadable. Emailed support and never heard back from anyone. Cancelled the renewal system immediately since no one got back to me to fix it or confirm every issue would not be pixelated.
Issues look pixelated and are barely readable on the new iPads. Retina support is desperately needed.
