I am astonished by the customer support in a good way! I wrote the very negative review below. Within a day or so I received a very polite note from Cari at EW asking if I were still having problems and offering to help. I wrote back describing how I couldnt get access. By the next morning, they had fixed this issue and extended my subscription. Absolutely astonishing in my experiences its apps.... Now I am a very loyal customer. Good for them!

MY FIRST REVIEW...
This is the worst app I have tried in a very long time. I pay for the actual weekly magazine to be delivered. Yet I have never been able to get electronic access. When I try to enroll, it says I am already enrolled. When I try to get a link to change my password since it doesnt recognize any of my usual passwords, it says my email address isnt a real one. Really? Thinking of not renewing at all and just making it all go away. Disgusted and disappointed...
