Endless loop of failure!

I can sign in, but restoring purchases just goes on and on and on and...
Actually was eventually able to download (only) the most recent issue and read a bit. The next day when I re-opened the issue my tablet told me there was an update to the issue so I hit "upgrade" then it told me it couldnt find my issue, so... no upgrade. Then *I* couldnt open the previously downloaded issue (I searched and couldnt find it either).
Oh, and I forgot to mention I had to do all this because I didnt the receive my "paper" issue in the mail? Phew!!!
