App does not work

I have an iPad running iOS 7.0.4 and I have not been able to download full issues, only Sneak Peek issues. Im always getting an "Error during Download " when trying to download full issues.
Customer service is absolutely no help in trying to resolve the problem. Obviously more time needs to be spent troubleshooting the app before its ready for the public.
