I can sign into my digital account, and the app even confirms I have an active account, but its as though the login portion and the subscription portion of the app do not communicate. I followed all of the Help categories and read through all the FAQs. I have repeatedly attempted to "restore previous purchases" countless times, and each time the thinking wheel just spins and spins. Today I let it go for 12 hours, thinking perhaps it was just a lengthy process. Nope. It just doesnt work. There is no mention in the app of how one may request assistance. Ive officially given up on EWs app unfortunately.
