Totally LOVE this app! I enjoy getting updated in the Entertainment world.

Fix fix fix!!

I have a year long subscription, started in may. And now I have no subscription, according to this app. What the heck!!!

Latest update a mess

Not sure if the latest update was meant to help the Customer, but I have problems with it, like others seem to. I got acknowledgement of my support request over a week ago, but thats it. Hopefully they are working on a major overhaul.

EW app update has become a nightmare

The updated app asks me for my password. It never did before. I assumed it meant my Apple iTunes password since I have a digital only subscription. That didnt work. I tried submitting my email to get a new password and I was told its invalid. EWs customer service wont talk to me about it over the phone, saying its an iTunes problem. I have a subscription and the app wont let me read my issues. Wasted money!

What a hobby ? Dowloading...

Starting everything again, and again, and again, again, and again, again, again, again, agai, agi, ag, a, ... sorry I was to tired I fall a sleep. I didnt even having time to eat till yesterday...!!!!! Starting everything again, and again, and again.... It is finish with this experience, with magazine and books on tablets, macs, pcs, numeric, anywere else... To much trouble, time and money waisting. I am going back to paper... It is a lot cheaper, and after I paid for it, no body decide anything about it without asking me before...and in a hundred years from know, if I want, some one will be abble to read the book or the magazine I bought yesterday, without having to spend a penny to be abble to read it, and between today and this day, lots of people may read-it to if I want to.

Update killed this app

Not only did I lose EVERY issue I had downloaded to date which meant I had to re-download them eve though it was meant to do it from the settings (it didnt) every time I want to read an issue I have re-download it AGAIN whenever I exit the app or close my iPad. I spend more time trying to an issue than reading it. Not worth the effort. I feel for those who digital only subscriptions.

Not user friendly

Cant download new issues under my existing subscription!!!

My favorite magazine app

While it isnt perfect, I have had a lot less issues with this app than others magazine apps that tend to crash on my iPad 1.

Bought issue

I only bought one issue.Not really used to digital copies.But Months after buying the issue I wanted to look at it again,but cant find it.It should be easier to find purchased copies.Tried other magazines but this is the only one that I have a problem with.

Update is horrible!

Do NOT update this app if you are behind in your reading. You will lose all your back issues and have to spend hours redownloading them. Plus it seems much slower to react to your taps than the old version of the app (I have an ipad 2). Oh, and every time you re-open the app to download another back issue, the price appears and youre unsure of whether or not youre being charged for a magazine you already own! Not at all impressed. this is a very big mis-step.

App does not work

I have an iPad running iOS 7.0.4 and I have not been able to download full issues, only Sneak Peek issues. Im always getting an "Error during Download " when trying to download full issues. Customer service is absolutely no help in trying to resolve the problem. Obviously more time needs to be spent troubleshooting the app before its ready for the public.

New version of app buggy

This is a rating of the Newsstand app, not the magazine. This used to be a pretty well working app, but the latest update is pretty buggy. Stories that let you scroll down on the page disappear once they fully load. And the loading times when you change pages have become much longer. This is a step backward.

Good overall

It will be better if I can view it horizontally also on my iPad Air.

Great customer service and a magazine that is better on the ipad make this a great buy. I judge other magazines against yours and they dont have the quality and iPad features. Thanks for always improving.

Great magazine app

Frustrating having to sign in again after updates, but format is excellent and always look forward to reading it days before my magazine arrives in the mail.

Great App

The magazine is better in the app than on paper. Love the layout, interactive pages and song samples. Beautiful clarity of the pictures!!

Great app to a great magazine. I have been receiving the magazine for over 15 years and the app works great

Preview does not work!!!

It stays stuck at "Opening" forever!!! I have iOS 9.2 on an iPhone 5S. Rebooted and re-installed many times but problem still occurs!!!
